#BigOnionLove takes on a hint of smoky goodness in Booth 835 on the expo floor broadway at PMA Fresh Summit in Orlando this week with five giveaways of Weber Charcoal Grills.
Weber and big Spanish Sweet Onions from the Idaho-Eastern Oregon onion-growing region have a longstanding love affair that shows how easy and delicious grilled onions from the Treasure Valley can be. And along with a chance of winning one of the free grills, everyone who signs up for the drawings will receive a complimentary insulated bag, the perfect accessory for tailgate dining and backyard meal prep.
The 20×20 booth itself will feature a large-screen presentation of USA Onions’ signature “Seed to Harvest” video, which can also be seen online at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q7Y42IdEhgw.
And there to welcome visitors to the booth are USA Onions Promotion Committee Chairman Grant Kitamura and other greeters who will provide information not only about Spanish Sweet Onions from the Treasure Valley but also about the extensive #BigOnionLove social media program launched this season, spanning all major platforms and reaching out to all consumer demographics.
In addition, a newly designed 2016-17 IEOOC Shippers Directory will be handed out as well, along with brochures explaining this year’s Broker Incentive program.
Based on points accumulated through loads purchased from Idaho-Eastern Oregon Onion Committee shipper members between Sept. 1, 2016, and Feb. 1, 2017, brokers are competing for more than a dozen prizes, including a DJI Phantom 4 drone bundle complete with craft, controller, case, extra battery and other accessories.
Other prizes in the program include the same drone model, controller and battery without case and extras; a 128 GB iPad Pro with wifi; a GoPro Hero; 32 GB iPod Touch; Beats Solo2 headphones; Panasonic Lumix camera; the Xbox One Console with 1TB hard drive and more.
