Our friend Michelle Dudash – who is an award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist, Cordon Bleu-certified chef and best-selling author – is the driving force behind the concept of “Clean Eating Cooking School – Monthly Meal Plans Made Easy,” and we’re happy to share the link to her brand new Clean Eating video series, which was launched on Jan. 4 with free access to the first video.
You can find Michelle’s handiwork at http://us1.campaign-archive1.com/?u=38720b118cb0543a32d701eb6&id=99265b92cc OR https://www.cleaneatingcookingschool.com/video1. The intro is a fun and engaging video that provides you with five key steps to preparing easy, Clean Eating meals.
Of course onions are a natural fit for this platform and in fact are part of Michelle’s “Clean Eating Shrine” as she explains it in the intro.
Although she’s more than busy developing award-winning recipes and running her business, Michelle is also a wife and the mom of two young kids. She’s said it is “possible to cook like a chef while eating like a nutritionist,” and that philosophy birthed her first book, “Clean Eating for Busy Families” published by Fair Winds Press in 2012.
She was also a finalist on “The Chew Search for The Weight Watchers Chef “and was honored with the “Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year” award by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. What else? Michelle is also recognized as one of 12 alumni making a difference in nutrition by University of Wisconsin’s Grow magazine.
Her web site, michelledudash.com, says that it “is Michelle’s mission to make these three principles a part of your everyday food choices. Teaching millions of families how food and health can deliciously co-exist has been Michelle’s mission for over 18 years – one meal at a time.”
We’ll bring you more from Michelle in weeks to come, and in the meantime, enjoy her free video and take good advantage of a “Clean Eating Cheat Sheet for Dummies” from Jonathan Wright and Linda Johnson Larsen.
And think how onions fit into it all.
