In an October 9, 2023 press release, McAllen, Texas based Fox Packaging announced the appointment of Jen Doxey as their new Director of Sales. With more than two decades of experience in the produce industry, the release described Jen as a highly accomplished professional in strategic sales planning, building lasting customer relationships, and leading high-performing teams. Her journey with Fox Packaging began on Monday, October 9, 2023.
Jen’s responsibilities will include overseeing the sales operations of both Fox Packaging and Fox Solutions, where she will collaborate with the existing team to develop and execute sales and service strategies that further enhance the Fox brand.

Jen arrives at Fox Packaging from Giro Pack, where she served as the National Sales Manager for nearly eight years. Her extensive career also includes various sales leadership roles at Sorma USA, Sinclair Systems International, and Aweta Americas. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Walden University.
