With her background in Northwest onions firmly established in her home area of the Columbia Basin, Mackenzie Mills fits right in as an account manager with RPE in Pasco, WA.
We recently checked in with Mackenzie, and she told us she started in March of this year with the Bancroft, WI-based grower/shipper that has several operations in major growing regions from the Great Lakes States to California.
Mackenzie noted that RPE is a grower/shipper of year-round potatoes and onions and that it provides “category innovation and retail solutions as the exclusive sales and marketing partner of AgriPack-CSS Farms and Tasteful Selections and its best-quality, bite-size potatoes.”
Happy that the AE role with RPE keeps her in the Northwest, Mackenzie said, “Growing up in the Columbia Basin, I have been involved with agriculture from a young age. I attended Oregon State University and majored in Ag Business Management, and I have spent the last seven years working in the onion industry.” She added, “I truly love the people and the industry that I work in. My customers are my favorite part of my job! The industry is constantly changing and evolving, and every day is different with new challenges. I am thrilled for the exciting opportunity to be a part of the RPE team.”
