Two of Paul’s sons, Mark with his wife Nancy and Mike with his wife Susan, returned to the farm and spearheaded its expansion beyond dairying to include vegetables.
Today, under the management of Mike and Susan, along with their sons Corey and Ryan, and son-in-law Eric, Dickman Farms is a dynamic agricultural powerhouse. The farm’s diverse production includes turf grass for seed, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, sweet corn, storage onions, hazelnuts, and wheat.
