Judging by the exhibitor floor plan of this year’s PMA Fresh Summit in Anaheim, onions are a well-featured item in just about every sector of the trade show.
Out of the 1,159 exhibitors registered on Sept. 17 to be at the Oct. 18-19 expo, 105 are either onion companies, include onions in their manifests or are suppliers to the industry. We thought we’d save you some time and print some of the names and booth numbers and a link to the floor plan ahead of the show.
