1. Nozzle Selection and Sprayer Maintenance (1 pm – 4 pm, $25):
- Topics include coverage vs. drift, nozzle sizes and types based on labels and equipment environments.
- Learn how nozzle selection changes with manufacturing changes to equipment.
- Selection considerations: Speed, Gallons, Pressure, Nozzle Pattern.
- Explore common wear parts and maintenance checks.
2. Transition to Organic Partnership Program (2 pm – 5 pm, No Cost RSVP required):
- Discover the Northwest Transition to Organic Partnership Program (NW TOPP), a mentorship program that builds connections between experienced organic producers and those transitioning to organic.
- Learn about the support and resources available for the transition process.
- Gain insights into creating a stronger network of organic producers across the country.
