Utah Onions, Inc. of Syracuse, UT is teaming up with Carzalia Valley Produce, Inc. of Columbus, NM to bring fresh onions to the marketplace.
Utah Onions, Inc. welcomes Carzalia Valley Produce as their newest supplier of fresh onions. As part of this agreement Utah Onions will now have the exclusive rights to sell and market the Carzalia Sweet onion as well as the full line of consumer packs, bulk, and cartons in all colors offered by Carzalia Valley Produce. This new partnership will move both companies forward in their efforts to offer onion consumers with the freshest, highest quality onions during the summer months.

Utah Onions brings a lot to the table and we are very excited about our working relationship that will take advantage of our wide range of onion varieties including our Carzalia Sweet Onions along with high quality red, white and yellow offerings”, said James Johnson, Vice President of Carzalia Valley Produce Inc.
This joint venture brings two robust produce businesses together at a pivotal time providing strong strategic growth opportunities.

Carzalia Valley will begin harvesting onions on May 15 and will operate until August 10.
