The 2023 Malheur Experiment Station Field Day in Ontario, OR, is set for Wednesday, July 12, with registration starting at 9 a.m.
An annual tradition, Field Day shares the work of experiment station faculty with growers and onion industry community members and is an
opportunity for participants to view field trials in-person, learn about current crop research projects and interact with OSU scientists.
Trials for onions as well as other regional crops including potatoes, sugar beets, dry beans, wheat and hemp will be on display.
In addition to coffee and donuts at registration, Field Day also includes a hosted lunch at noon. The event is free and open to the public.
RSVPs are requested those planning to attend to ensure proper catering for lunch.
