Utah Onions Inc. announced the opening of a new onion packinghouse in Carrollton, TX. The 27,000-sq. ft. facility will be open in time to fill July 4 orders, serving customers in the southcentral United States. The company’s office in Dallas is relocating to Carrollton, with Tony Campise and Robert Alven heading up the sales team.

Potandon Produce headquartered in Idaho Falls, ID, has named Carter Bray to the newly created senior management position of director of new product development. Bray brings 25 years’ worth of sales and marketing experience with General Mills and Pillsbury Co. to the Potandon job, which has him overseeing development of projects and marketing strategies.
