One of the highlights of this year’s National Onion Association Winter Convention was the onion tour hosted by the University of Hawai‘i – College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources near Kula on the island of Maui.
Participants were able to visit with extension agents and staff about the sweet onions that Maui is so famous for.
