Visalia, CA-based Sorma USA LLC will roll out a new packaging machine at Booth 329 at the 2017 PMA Fresh Summit in New Orleans. According to a release from the company, the North American management team will be on hand for its 20th Fresh Summit to greet visitors and explain the machine’s capabilities.
The turnkey operation is set to show how Model BRS-134 can save 30 percent in materials “as compared to a conventional netted bag.” In addition to BRS-134, Sorma offers a full range of produce industry solutions, “from advanced weighing systems to bagging/filling equipment, palletizers, strappers, and a full line of packaging materials,” the release said.
