Rocking the very latest in conveyor belt technology, this high performance weigher provides packinghouses with optimal packaging efficiencies and the best tool-less cleaning and service.
The Conweigher’s efficiency comes from handling more bulk product, resulting in a higher output volume. Traditional weighers that deal with large product and portions use vibrating technology to move the product through the line, but the Conweigher’s conveyor belts result in a much faster production time.
The food grade belting and plastics can be quickly removed without tools for easy cleaning and sanitation, adding extensive food safety benefits.
Efficiencies are also found in the weigher’s capability to handle heavier items than previous generation machines, anything weighing 10 lbs. to 50 lbs. Because of its conveyor belt technology, the NEWTEC 4010XXB1 can pack 50-lb. equivalents at 20 per minute, saving total packaging time and increasing productivity.
